POST-TROPICAL CYCLONE CARLOS DISCUSSION NUMBER 30

WIKI-HURRICANES FORECAST CENTER

0400PM CDT WED JUN 17 2015

In the past hours, the system once known as Carlos, has ceased production of any significant convection, and aside from microwave passes, it is impossible to locate the center with any confidence. SAB and TAFB estimates were not able to identify a cyclone. Per an extremely weak circulation found in an earlier ASCAT pass and this information, the storm has been set to an intensity of 25 knots and placed just offshore of the Mexican coast. This is the last advisory and discussion package for this system.
