TROPICAL DEPRESSION BILL DISCUSSION NUMBER 17

WIKI-HURRICANES FORECAST CENTER

10:00 AM CDT FRI JUN 19 2015

There isn't much to report on Tropical Depression Bill. The system continues to maintain a well-defined and closed circulation, and convection has actually increased near the center compared to 24 hours ago. However, FSU phase diagrams indicate the circulation is only marginally warm core, and surface analyses indicate a frontal boundary intruding on the outskirts of the circulation. Bill is expected to become post tropical within 24 hours as it continues east-northeast.
